As all my stationery designs are handmade to order and personalised, therefore items are not eligible for a refund. However if you have a problem with your order please do get in touch.

HOW TO ORDER
Add your choice of stationery and quantity to your basket and provide the requested information. If you would like to request another colour please include this within your notes.
If you prefer to send these details by email please provide them as a word document attachment.
You will receive a digital proof within 7 working days to check before printing. Please do use this time to check spellings and layout carefully, a maximum of two rounds of amends are included. Once approved no more changes can be made. Amends after this time will result in a reprint and additional charge.
Turnaround time is determined by approval of artwork, however is usually within 4 weeks of placing your order.

DELIVERY
All stationery is sent trackable and insured. Depending on weight and size plus destination, this will be via Royal Mail or Courier.
Delivery is added at the checkout.
